At Grupo Anderson’s, our commitment to sustainability and animal welfare remains a top priority. Since 2017, we have set the goal of sourcing only cage-free eggs, reinforcing our efforts to adopt more ethical practices within the restaurant industry.
Over the years, we have worked closely with our suppliers to transition toward a more responsible consumption model. As of November 2024, we have achieved 35% of our goal, marking significant progress in this important journey. We project reaching 66% by early 2025 and are committed to achieving 100% cage-free eggs by mid-2025.
A Step Toward a Sustainable Future
This transition reflects not only our responsibility as a restaurant group but also our dedication to making a positive impact on communities and the environment. By choosing cage-free eggs, we aim to promote a food system that respects animal welfare and encourages more sustainable production practices.
Partners in Change
We understand that transitioning to a fully ethical model requires collaboration. That’s why we’ve partnered with suppliers who share our vision and are committed to innovative and responsible production methods.
A Visible Commitment
Transparency is essential to us, and we want our customers and collaborators to see the steps we are taking. This commitment will be featured permanently on our website, where we will share regular updates on our progress.
At Grupo Anderson’s, we continue moving forward with determination toward a more ethical and sustainable future, fulfilling our role as a leader in the restaurant industry and an ally for change. Thank you for joining us on this important journey!
