Honoring the best of gastronomy with an innovative touch, this year we have created our “Golden Specials” which will be available from August 15 to September 30 in five of our brands: <\/span>Fred\u2019s, Harry\u2019s, Ilios, BAK\u2019 <\/b>y<\/span> Nicoletta<\/b>, with a very special guest, gold.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gastronomy and gold?<\/span><\/h2>\n

24K gold is an ideal metal for gastronomy, as it does not contain chemicals and has a soft texture, which makes it moldable for any presentation. Over the years it has become a trend to offer dishes with touches of gold, as it brings elegance and spectacular presentations.<\/span><\/p>\n

In response to this worldwide trend, we have created our Golden Specials to honor this ingredient, offering a special menu in some of our fine dining brands.<\/span><\/p>\n
