June, a month in which the streets are painted with colors, fraternity, and freedom. With celebrations of sexual diversity and openness to inclusion, throughout the month and through different initiatives we share a clear message to society: love is love.
This year Grupo Anderson’s, Mexico’s leading restaurant consortium, dresses in color and joins LGBT+ Pride Month by presenting a dessert and two exclusive cocktails that will make everyone toast with the greatest pride.
As a tribute to the LBGT+ community, Anderson’s has created three specials in its dessert and mixology menu, which will be available in all its brands such as Fred’s, Ilios, Harry’s, Porfirio’s, Macario, Nicoletta, La Vicenta, CAO, Señor Frog’s y BAK’; to celebrate with their guests this important date giving a message of respect, inclusion, and freedom of rights.
For all those with a sweet tooth, there will be a “Unicorn Cake”, made with a delicious multicolored vanilla sponge cake topped with an exquisite layer of rum milk that pays tribute to the flag of the community, and a soft cream cheese frosting. Accompanied by a rainbow-shaped glazed donut, white chocolate, whipped cream, and colored sprinkles.
On the other hand, in collaboration with two important brands: Mezcal Ojo de Tigre and Gin Mom, two exclusive cocktails were created and will be available throughout the month of June.
Valentina’s Lip Sync
A drink that will make you shine, made with Ojo de Tigre mezcal, Campari, passion fruit pulp that will bring a unique flavor, and lemon juice, ideal to sweeten the day.
Pink Carisma
A floral drink with a lot of personality and authenticity, based on Gin Mom, tonic water, and flowers that will turn the tones of Valentina’s Lip Sync into an elegant cocktail, an excellent option for lovers of fresh drinks.
