    • Se debe presentar la tarjeta para obtener el descuento.
    • Es necesario mostrar el gafete o indicador de que es parte del congreso / convención.
    • El descuento se hace sobre el total de la cuenta.
    • Es válido para una visita.
    • No es válido para posadas.
    • Válido en las fechas del congreso / convención.

CERTIFICADOS DE CONSUMO

Los certificados de regalo/consumo (“El Certificado”) son emitidos por Grupo Anderson’s en conformidad con los términos y condiciones siguientes:

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
    • El certificado solo es válido para consumo dentro del restaurante.
    • El certificado NO ES VÁLIDO en alimentos y bebidas para llevar.
    • En botellas para llevar, se debe pagar el 15% del valor de la botella.
    • Se requiere entregar impreso el certificado.
    • Los certificados tiene un año de vigencia a partir de su expedición.
    • Los certificados no son reembolsables. 

    • No son válidos con otras promociones. 

  • PROHIBIDA SU VENTA. En caso de que el titular sea sorprendido vendiendo se cancelará el convenio inmediatamente.
  • No aplica en montos inferiores a la cantidad del mismo.
  • El portador es responsable de las propinas del empleo de este certificado.
  • No es válido en días festivos.

Estos términos constituyen un acuerdo y la posesión o uso de este certificado establece la acepción de estos términos.

RESTAURANT VOUCHERS

Restaurant vouchers (“The Certificate”) are issued by Grupo Anderson’s in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    • The certificate is only valid for consumption inside the restaurant.
    • The certificate is NOT VALID for take-out food and beverages.
    • All certificates are non-refundable.

    • They are not valid with other promotions.

  • SALES ARE PROHIBITED. In the event that the owner is caught selling, the agreement will be canceled immediately.
  • Does not apply to amounts less than the certificate amount.
  • The bearer is responsible for gratuities from the use of this certificate.
  • Not valid on holidays.

These terms constitute an agreement and possession or use of this certificate establishes the acceptance of these terms2

 

QUINIELA
  1. Participation in the quiniela is free and exclusive to guests present at the restaurant during the broadcast of the corresponding match.
  2. Each participant may register only one entry per match.
  3. Entries must be submitted before the official start of the match. No changes will be accepted once the match has begun.
  4. Participants are advised to keep photographic evidence of their entry.
  5. The prize for correctly predicting the final result and/or winner of the match will be determined exclusively by the participating Bodega Argentina location, at its sole discretion, and may consist of, among others, dining credit, food, beverages, desserts, or other benefits as the restaurant may determine.
  6. The prize for correctly predicting the exact minute of the first goal will consist of a bottle selected exclusively by the restaurant, at its sole discretion. The brand, presentation, value, and availability of the bottle will be determined by the restaurant.
  7. No prize may be claimed in any form other than that determined by the restaurant, nor will it be transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  8. In the event of more than one winner in any of the categories, the restaurant may freely determine the tie-breaking mechanism it deems appropriate.
  9. The restaurant's decisions regarding the mechanics, validation of results, determination of winners, tie-breakers, and prize delivery will be final and unappealable.
  10. Bodega Argentina reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the activity at any time due to operational reasons, force majeure, or any circumstance that may require it, without any liability.
  11. Participation in this activity implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
