1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By downloading, accessing and using the Anderson’s Concierge App (hereinafter, “the App”), developed by Grupo Anderson’s, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the App.
2. Purpose of the App
The App is designed exclusively for concierges and commission agents, with the purpose of facilitating the management of reservations at Grupo Anderson’s restaurants and keeping accurate track of the commissions generated.
3. Registration and Access
Use of the App requires prior registration. Users must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information.
Access to the App is limited to users authorized by Grupo Anderson’s.
The user account is personal and non-transferable. It is your responsibility to protect your login credentials.
4. Use of the App
By using the App, you agree to:
Make legitimate reservations solely for the purpose of providing a professional service to your clients.
Not manipulate or falsify information related to reservations or commissions.
Use the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Grupo Anderson’s reserves the right to cancel accounts and access in the event of misuse or breach of these terms.
5. Reservations and Commissions
Reservations made through the App must be verified and confirmed by the participating restaurants.
The calculation and payment of commissions shall be governed by the policies established by Grupo Anderson’s.
Grupo Anderson’s reserves the right to audit and validate any reservation and its respective benefits.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
The personal and professional information collected through the App will be used solely for the purposes of the application and in accordance with the Grupo Anderson’s Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
Grupo Anderson’s shall not be liable for technical failures, interruptions or issues with the availability of the App.
The user agrees to use the App at their own risk and guarantees the accuracy of the data entered.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, logos, content and features are the exclusive property of Grupo Anderson’s and are protected by intellectual property rights.
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Grupo Anderson’s reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be notified through the App, and it is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically.
