The Best Pairing: Chile en Nogada Season at Grupo Anderson’s
At Grupo Anderson’s, we are pleased to present a unique culinary experience: Chile en Nogada Season. From now until September 30, our participating restaurants, including Porfirio’s, Carlos’n Charlie’s and La Vicenta, invite you to taste the iconic Mexican dish chile en nogada, paired with the house wines: Chateau Domecq Rosé and Chateau Domecq Tinto.
Chile en Nogada Season is a celebration of Mexico’s traditional flavors. The star dish is a poblano pepper stuffed with an exquisite mix of beef and pork, walnuts, fruit and spices, covered in a rich walnut sauce and garnished with pomegranate. The blend of sweet and savory flavors creates a culinary experience that stands out in Mexican cuisine.
We know the right pairing can take a meal to new heights. That is why we carefully selected two wines from Casa Pedro Domecq to highlight the flavors of this celebrated season.
- Chateau Domecq Rosé: This rosé is a refreshing, elegant choice with fruity and floral notes and a balanced acidity that enhances the flavors of the dish’s meat and fruit filling.
- Chateau Domecq Tinto: Its notes of black fruit and spice blend beautifully with the robust flavors of the meat and the dish’s walnut sauce.
At Grupo Anderson’s, we are excited to present Chile en Nogada Season, a chance to explore the richness of Mexican cuisine and the world of Casa Pedro Domecq wines. We invite everyone to visit our participating brands and enjoy the blend of flavors this season has to offer.
