Introducing our “Copo de Nieve” (Snowflake): an exquisite creation that captures the magic of the season. This delicious dessert is filled with namelaka, a creamy preparation made with gelatin, white chocolate with vanilla bean and red berry sauce. To enhance its flavor even more, it’s covered with a layer of white chocolate and served on a crunchy cinnamon cookie. The decoration doesn’t fall short either, with a touch of yogurt frosting, apple diamonds and a festive candy cane.
