As part of the collaboration, we held a mixology contest among all our bartenders and mixologists, and one brilliant creation was crowned champion: the exquisite “Mumbles,” created by master bartender Jhair García of our restaurant Mantela. This masterpiece expertly combines Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco, a touch of cucumber syrup, fresh lemon juice and a spark of ginger beer, finished with fresh mint and cucumber. The result is a flavor experience that captivates the senses with its freshness and surprising sophistication, and it will now be part of our mixology menu.

To honor this great collaboration of flavors and skill, we are also offering our guests the chance to enjoy three extraordinary cocktails: “Mumbles,” “Dragones de Allende” and “Ágata”. These creations, which competed hard in the contest, are now a key part of our signature drinks menu, giving our guests the chance to explore and enjoy the unique flavors of Casa Dragones.
