Pedro Abascal Will Be at the 9th Festival del Chef Sonora Es
At Grupo Anderson’s, we are proud to announce that one of our chefs, Pedro Abascal, has been invited to serve as a judge at the 9th edition of the Festival del Chef Sonora Es. This prestigious event, organized by Fundación Ganfer, will take place on October 11 and 12, 2023 at Grand Agave in Hermosillo, Sonora. It is a culinary celebration that not only showcases Sonora’s rich cuisine but also brings together culinary experts from around the world.

The event features an impressive lineup of regional, national and international chefs. These culinary artists come together to celebrate the flavors and traditions of Sonora while giving visitors the chance to explore a variety of delicious dishes and unique experiences. As at any event of this size, the jury plays a central role, and we are proud to announce that this year’s judges will include Pedro Abascal, corporate chef of three of the group’s brands: Ilios, Harry’s and BAK’.
